The artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork.

The artwork will be featured in the artist's online portfolio and social media, unless the client requests the project to be kept private. Additional fees will apply for privacy.

The client is strictly prohibited from profiting from the commissioned artwork without a commercial agreement with the artist.

The client may post the commissioned artwork on any site, only by crediting the artist (Agung Kurniawann) or using the watermarked artwork instead.

The client is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved."

A queue system will be applied, and projects will be completed on a first-come, first-served basis, except for large projects like splash art, which may take longer.

Turnaround time is calculated from the first time the artist works on the project, and the queue can also affect the turnaround.

The turnaround time varies from 5 days to 4 months, depending on the amount of content and the quality of the artwork.

Under certain conditions, the artist may encounter obstacles that could cause the artwork to take longer than estimated.

If the client needs the artwork completed in the near future, please inform the artist in advance. (A rush fee will be charged.)

Lastly, please avoid rushing the artist. Working with art requires the right mood and inspiration, which can be an overwhelming experience. However, the artist will work as quickly as possible to complete the project."

I can work with descriptions, but it's preferable if the client provides brief references related to the project.

I will ask for detailed references after accepting your commission project.

The client is required to have a fixed and clear concept. If the client requests to change the concept, an additional fee will be charged based on the extent of the work already completed on the original concept.

I only accept upfront full payment.

Payment plans are allowed for commissions over $100. The minimum deposit is 60% of the total payment, and I will stop the project progress after the final sketch or draft until the client completes the payment.

Strictly no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

I will begin working on the project only after the payment has been sent and confirmed in my PayPal account.

I accept USD through PayPal. Bank transfers can only be used for local payments.

The client must agree to the terms and conditions stated in the PayPal invoice.

The invoice will be sent after the artist and client have completed the project briefing.

For character design, the approved concept cannot be changed in the middle of the process. If the client wishes to change the concept, it will be treated as a new commission.

During the drafting process, the client will be given 3 free revisions.

Any revision required after the drafting process will be charged an additional fee.

Minor revisions after rendering are acceptable at no additional cost.

For fanart, changes to previously approved stages are not permitted. If the client still wishes to make changes, an additional revision fee will be charged.
